Does BillingTracker run with multiple users?
Yes! BillingTracker Pro is designed for the single user, or for multiple users. When you first install BillingTracker Pro small business accounting software, it asks you whether you want to run it as a single user or in a multiple user environment. Note that you can easily switch from single to multiple user mode as your needs change. In order to protect your company’s data in multi-user mode, BillingTracker Pro runs with the BillingTracker Multi-User Server. It is a small module that regulates access to the data file and ensures that each employee is only allowed to make changes according to his/her permission level. When you are ready to purchase, simply buy the number of seats that is equal to the number of individuals that will be using the software. For example, if you have 7 people in your office that will use BillingTracker Pro and the BillingTracker Multi-User Server, purchase 7 seats.
