Does “bi-weekly” mean “happens once every 2 weeks” or “happens twice a week”?
Sayeth my dictionary: 1 : occurring twice a week 2 : occurring every two weeks : fortnightlySo if you’re going to use the word, you have to be clear which sense you mean. And if somebody uses the word and isn’t clear, you’ve got no hope but to ask.
