The company offers a full spectrum of power plant equipment and services, including thermal sets up to 1,000 mw unit rating. Bhels manufacturing range also includes advanced-class gas turbine generator sets up to 280 mw (ISO) unit rating and custom-made large hydro sets of Francis, Pelton and Kaplan types for different head discharge combinations. In the field of nuclear power generation, Bhel has already manufactured and supplied steam turbines and generators for 220 mw, 235 mw and 540 mw ratings.
