With the job market becoming increasingly competitive, a college degree no longer guarantees a successful career. In today’s job market it is not only important what you know, but who you know. When someone joins a fraternity or sorority, they become friends with the families, friends, and girlfriends or boyfriends of those members as well. Members are also introduced to alumni of their chapters all over the country.
