Does Bear Tracks check to see if I have the pre- or corequisites for a course as Im doing my registration?
No, Bear Tracks does not check for pre- or corequisites. You are responsible for checking the course listings in the U of A Calendar to see what pre- or corequisites each course you are enrolling in has and to ensure you meet these requirements. Please note that Bear Tracks does check for course restrictions (which are not the same as pre- or corequisites). Course restrictions are determined by the Department that offers them and they usually require students to be in specific programs, to have specific majors or to be in a specific program year, etc.
