Retail account data is handled in a similar fashion as the depletion data. However, BDN also provides an account master file, where account attributes are assigned that assist the supplier in their marketing analysis of this data. BDN-assigned attributes include: proprietary BDN Number to link the same accounts across multiple distributors, chain code, trade channel, license type, account type, etc.
