Does BatchMin do any sort of parallel processing?

0

Yes, though this is currently limited to FEP, minimization of multiple structures and conformational search. See Appendix 4 of the BatchMin Reference Manual for how to set this up. The server daemon also has to be set up, as for remote startup of BatchMin from MacroModel. BatchMin distributed processing can take place on a network of heterogeneous hosts, provided that they all run BatchMin, are connected by a TCP/IP network, and have our daemon running.
