Newcomers learn the ropes by on-the-job training, an approach which, in our opinion, the complex nature of our projects demands. Wouldn’t you like to put your theoretical knowledge into practice immediately after having graduated? Of course you’re not left to your own devices as a newcomer. A personal advisor (internally referred to as a godfather) is at your side. In addition you also learn from other members of the interdisciplinary project teams. By translating realistic project demands into a protected training environment you only postpone contact with reality unnecessarily. Yet practical experience is what it’s all about.
