Yes. As of March 1, 2007 Baldwin’s Safety & Compliance Program was the first and only safety program of its kind to earn IS-BAO registration. IS-BAO (International Standards Business Aviation Organization) is a CBAA recognized code of best practices and complies with Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs). As of July 1, 2009, ALL Canadian operators will be required to have an SMS program in place.
