Does Baking Soda and Hydrogen Peroxide Really Whiten Teeth?

0

Baking Soda does whiten teeth and is harmless. If you dip your tooth brush in the soda then put tooth paste on top it disguises the awful taste and you also get the cleaning benifits of the tooth paste. (You used to be able to buy tooth paste with baking soda, don’t know if it is still available) If I recall rightly, the Osmond’s (renowned for their brilliant white teeth, as well as their singing) used baking soda daily. Can’t comment on whether extensive use of hydrogen peroxide causes problems though.
