Does Bain do any pro bono work?
At Bain & Company, we realize that financial rewards are just one aspect of success. That’s why we—as a business and as individuals—dedicate considerable resources to volunteer community enrichment efforts worldwide. Each Bain office works closely with local governmental and non-profit organizations, providing pro-bono management consulting, as well as contributions of money, time and effort. Bain’s involvement may include developing strategic plans, designing fundraising programs, or creating and implementing new processes for day-to-day operations. Sometimes activities are not directly related to consulting, like establishing an after-school activity effort or simply planting trees in a park.
