Does avoiding eye contact, looking at the ground, etc. means he likes me?
There is my twin,he feels shy and may like you that is why he avoids eye contact and looks down the floor and not directly at you,but it can also mean he is shy with everyone and does that.Just say hi and go about your business and stop paying to much attention about what if the school and if he likes me since you have no interest in him.Since you say you like him trying helping him by talking to him and try to hang out with him then he will open up to you.I wouldn’t send him a note to stop doing that and why are you doing that and the school will make fun of me you will make him feel more uncomfortable and cause him a lifetime complex and that is so cruel to do to him or anyone.He can’t help it if he is shy so let him be.
