Atlassian does not currently offer customers any professional services. Consequently, Atlassian can not formally engage in or formally assist with on-site customer training, implementations or software customisations. Commercial and academic licensees are of course entitled to support and assistance under the terms of their active software maintenance and Atlassian will always endeavour to provide legendary support under those terms. Atlassian does however have a number of official Atlassian Partners who are able to assist with on-site training, implementation and customisation requirements.
