No. This course is about how ICT is used in commerce, industry and society as a whole. A lot of design is involved, but only in terms of designing presentations, web sites, databases and solutions to specific problems using generic applications software. If you are looking for a software writing course then you need to look for a course with “computer” in the title. For example “Computer Studies” or “Computer Science”. At present we are unable to offer such courses at Hellesdon High School.
