Does Arts & Science Co-op provide any pre-screening of applicants?
Most employers prefer to screen applicants, as they are in the best position to judge our candidates in relation to other students they are considering at other universities. Occasionally, employers have very strict recruitment criteria, and do not wish to view rsums of students who do not meet these minimum standards. On these occasions, we will provide our assessment of those students who meet the criteria.
