No. In order to maintain licensure individuals must complete the required number of continuing education hours and pay the appropriate renewal fees on or before every third June 30. Licensees who are 65 years or older, or have a medical disability may completely withdraw from practice, relinquish the DEA Registration, take a reduced number of continuing education hours and pay a $15 triennial renewal fee. A retired or disabled licensee may still perform volunteer services in Board approved charitable organizations.
