Does Ariadne invest directly in its portfolio companies?

Right now, Ariadne syndicates investment into companies from our network of private investors, venture capital funds, family offices and other funders. We will launch our debut venture capital fund, the Ariadne Capital Entrepreneurs (ACE) Fund, in autumn 2009, at which point we the Fund will make direct investments into early stage and start-up companies. Strategic co-investors will be brought in where appropriate for individual deals.
