does APD Online Training offer “one-on-one” and/or “total office” training?
APD Online Training mixed “Group” classes are usually made up of individuals from a variety of locations and business types, i.e. independants and franchises. They are limited to a maximum of 10 participants which allows sufficient time for individualized attention, and ample opportunity for questions and answers. Care is taken to ensure that agents from competing offices do not participate in the same session. “Total office” classes cater for a maximum of 15 participants from the same office with agents/staff particpating either via their own computers or via a single computer in a conference room using a data projector and a speaker phone. “One-on-one” Training is also available.
