Does APCapital pay a cash dividend?
Yes, on July 25, 2007 the APCapital Board of Directors declared the Company’s first quarterly dividend of $0.10 per common share that was payable on September 28, 2007 to shareholders of record on September 12, 2007. However, the continued payment of future dividends will depend upon the financial condition and results of operation of the Company and such other factors as are deemed relevant by the Board of Directors.
