Does Aon provide any scholarships for employees and their children?
Aon awards eight National Merit Scholarships to children of employees each year. The scholarships range from $500 to $3,000 per year for four years of college. Aon also offers employees a clearinghouse service through ConSern that provides employees with information about available loans, grants, and scholarships. ConSern also provides educational loans for employees and family members at low interest rates. Loans can also be secured for purchase of a computer. Aon has a tuition reimbursement program for employees for job–related courses and degree programs.
