Does Aon have internship opportunities?
Yes, Aon has the Business Internship Program. This Program offers rising seniors the opportunity to gain first–hand job experience within an Aon business area and additional development through the completion of a formal BIP training plan. The Program provides Aon the opportunity to develop relationships with potential future employees who, upon successful completion of the internship, are considered for full–time placement within one of Aon’s Early Career Development Programs. We recruit for the summer Business Internship Program starting in January of each year (Spring semester), and offers are typically extended prior to mid–March.
