It’s a dry mix that is made ahead and then mixed with hot water when you want some. 1) 8qt size Powdered Milk 2) 6oz of Coffee Mate (powdered) they had a chocolate flavor at Walmart 3) 1 cup of powdered sugar 4) 2 pounds of chocolate milk mix (Nestle Quick) 5) 1/4 tsp salt Mix that in a big tub and keep it dry until you want a cup, then mix 1/3 cup of the mix per 1 cup of hot water.
