Does anyone wake up with burning muscles and fingers and toes so stife you can more them?
I wake up every morning in so much pain I cannot get out of bed. It sounds like you are experiencing the same. I can only tell you of one trick I came up with that might help your situation. I set my morning alarm for 45 – 60 minutes before I really want to wake up. When my alarm goes off, I reach over and take a pain med, sometimes two and have a small bite of something I had already set out (for this purpose) and then go back to sleep. When my second alarm goes off the pain med has done its magic and I can get out of bed. I hope this helps! This little trick has allowed me to get my kids up in the morning and off to school without a hitch. Then I can go lie back down and rest once they are gone.
