I did and it was a life saver. I had terrible nausea for 10 weeks with my daughter. At first they wanted to give me suppositories because they didn’t think I would be able to keep the Zofran pill down, but they did not work at all. The Zofran did. Constipation is a side effect, but I was told I could take a Colace every day. It is expensive, that is why I used the generic, which worked great.
