Does anyone use coconut oil as a dietary supplement and if so, how has it helped?

It seems to work well with fish oil for hair and skin. I have been on it for over a year now and find that is does help out with my metabolism a bit. I cannot say anything about its antifugal properties directly however I can say that I have not gotten athletes foot in that time and I used to get it about every 3 months. However I have also been using a foot spray every day, therefor I cannot say it is the oil and not the spray. If you check out the link above it seems to say that it prevents heart trouble, however I am young and in good shape, so I cannot link the coconut oil to this in any way. I would say that with other oils and suppliments, it is great, however it is not a “magic” food that will fix all of your life troubles. Good luck, I hope this helps.
