Does anyone use Adobe CS4 speech transcription for creating video content review transcripts?

I am interested to know if anyone is employing Adobe CS4’s speech transcription for creating transcripts from talking head video interviews. I would like to know what the accuracy rate is and if anyone uses this for client content review (instead of encoded videos with the timecode window burns). Part two of this question is that if videos are being transcribed accurately how easy is it to include these transcripts with the videos as metadata. This opens up many possibilities for the search and indexing of videos and might save a lot of time with manual uploading of video metadata. Part three: Is it possible to incorporate this into a Final Cut Pro workflow instead of using Premiere as the editor (my guess is that you would export a QuickTime file and import it into Adobe’s encoder).
