Youre right oxycodone is stronger, the difference is on the “Class Schedule” hydrocodone is considered a C3 because it has less adictive potention then oxycodone which is a C2, the DEA classes drugs by there potential for Addiction, a C1 is a drug you are only able to recieve while in the hospital.
