Yep, but my insulin resistance advanced to full blown Diabetes. Symptoms of pcos are extra hair, deeper voice, really just check wikipedia. For diabetes, you pee a lot, drink a lot, and have high blood sugars. Get a GTT (glucose tolerance test) it is really ideal, as it can tell whether or not you’re insulin resistant or have diabetes. Over 11 m/mol is diabetes. I had 18.7. Good luck.
