Does anyone remember the old Polly Pocket toys from “back in the day”?
Yes, I remember them well. In fact, I still have my old ones, as well as their little powder compact style homes. They’re about a centimeter tall with only one hinge joint where the legs connect to the torso. I even have this one that wears a bathing suit with a long train. When she bends forward, the train sticks out behind her. You snap the train into a hole in this little beach lounge chair she comes with, which is actually a ring. She sits there in her chair, on your finger, just chilling out! Heck, I even had a board game that came with little cars that you put your Pollies in, and use them as the game pieces! Everyone in the game was having a birthday party, and the goal of the game was to go to everyone’s party and bring a present to it, and collect a balloon from each. I always picked the yellow kitty car, and the girl I would always play with had a green shirt and a black ponytail. Ahhhhh….thanks for the memories! I’m going to go try to find my old Pollies now…hee hee!
