Does anyone practice the Wicca religion and know the old ways?
Hey sweetie, welcome to the Path! I think the Old Ways (which I define as pre-Christian and pre-industrialized nations) are valid and accessible. We just celebrated Lughnasadh – I dare anyone saying the Old Ways are dead to find Lughnasadh in popular culture! I agree with read, read, read, but also recommend explore, explore, explore. It’s fun fun fun! 🙂 Yesterday at our Lughnasadh ritual at the lake, we had a ritual drama, live music, dancing and singing, followed by a potluck picnic under the trees where we were throwing blueberries into each other’s bras and pants and laughing our heads off.
