Best of all it backed by a one year warranty. Top • What is the torque spec for pressure plate bolts? 5/16 and 8mm bolt should be torqued to 25ft/lbs in a star like pattern. It is best to start out with 15ft/lbs and work your way up, this way the pressure plate remains flat. Top • What is a dual friction clutch? A dual friction clutch is when two different friction material facings are applied to each side of the clutch disk. For added performance and service life, Kevlar is added to the pressure plate side of the clutch disk and the other side remains organic.
