Here in the the UK it would appear that all one needs is the capital, a healthy bank balance, a stock broker, and the courage to go forward. I have been playing the stock market for since 1968 and that was all i needed. Today though the courage to do so has taken on a totally different meaning because of this world depression. My portfolio is now 40% down from the total it was in March this year. Tread very carefully if you proceed.
