Does anyone make a null modem cable with car charger?

I want to connect my Garmin serial port through a null modem cable to my iPAQ but for the cable assembly to also have a breakout lead to a car charger. Using the iPAQ for car navigation and phone via bluetooth is good but not if the battery can’t be continously charged.
