You can’t add it. I’ve asked QOL customer service repeatedly over the last five months to add the Neiman Marcus charge card, but no luck so far. In fact, I have yet to rate more than a canned auto-reply. FYI, the Neiman Marcus charge is issued by HSBC, and one can log into the Web site here www.hrsaccount.com/neimanmarcus. Unfortunately, the HSBC Retail Card option in Quicken Online does not work for the Neiman Marcus charge card.
