Does anyone know where I can get information on technical charts relating to stock market with explanations?
Technical Analysis – the other part of using charts to make buy and sell decisions requires quite a bit of study. There are loads of books you can read to find out what is going to be of most use to you. I will not recommend any one in particular as you need to find one that you can follow easily. Do a title search on Amazon and read the reviews. Even when you understand TA you need to know what your trading strategy is, the markets you are going to concentrate on and the amount of money you are going to commit. Once you know all of this then you can start looking at how best to do your trading. e.g. buying into a part automated system that gives you a preselection of buy/sell candidates, or deciding what chart patterns etc you are going to use yourself. David Linton does some excellent little presentations on Cantos.com once a week – watch a few of these and you’ll be able to get a better sense of what is potentially involved.
