Does anyone know where I can get a reliable average Weight vs height vs Age ratio chart?

Height weight ratios, or BMI, are a very unreliable means of determing body composition. Everyone differs, even in same age groups, and BMI does not calculate fitness levels or high/low lean muscle mass. So, a bodybuilder or fitness pro will likely read that they’re seriously overweight according to BMI, while an anorexic will read really low. The bodybuilder will have very high lean muscle mass while the anorexic has high bodyfat content (despite being very skinny) and nearly no lean muscle mass. Though age does play a factor if comparing apples to apples, people are different enough that it would still throw off a BMI chart. My suggestion is to forget the chart. You can get a bodyfat reading from a health professional or sports physician, or better yet, total water emersion is the only accurate way of measuring body composition.
