You have to buy a STB here in Australia it will contain a DVB-T digital tuner. It is unclear if your TV can handle 50Hz refresh rate because in Australia that is the refresh rate for digital TV. It has HDMI output and has 50Hz or 60Hz selectable refresh rates just in case that TV can’t handle 50Hz. This is a discontinued item so stock is low.
