Does anyone know where I can find a “shopkeeper living space” in a popular walkable neighborhood?
I am a mixed media designer who would love to market my creations in part of my living space with “open studio” hours and by appointment. It has always been a dream of mine to do this. I do not want to have a shop that I have to drive to (or walk a long ways). I think this is a popular living arrangement on which builders/developers should capitalize….especially with the green movement….more people working from home means less cars on the road polluting the air.
