Any free music is illegal. No matter if the website says legal or not. If it is free it is illegal because the singers make no money if you donload the songs for free, and they have to make money off their songs, so free donloading is illegal, and they can trace it back to your computer and you can get a fine. The fine could be as much as $500 or more. It isn’t worth breaking the law. Just go to Itunes and buy the songs legally with money. It will work out better for you in the long run.
