I don’t know about vegetable spaghetti, but you can buy vegetarian mince such as Quorn or soya mince, and make your own bolognese sauce, though most jars of bolognese sauce should be suitable for vegetarians.

So that’s what you were trying to ask before! Not vegetable spaghetti, but a Spaghetti Squash! I know exactly what you mean, where I come from (Canary Islands) we do a kind of jam/sweet preseve with it. All I can say is good luck trying to find one. In 16 years I never seen one in the UK. A good bet would be ethnic food shops.
