Ensure will help you to gain weight, but you must continue to eat a balanced diet also. They are a suppliment, not a meal replacement. If you are gaining weight for medical reasons, ask your gp for a prescription for them cos they are expensive otherwise. If not, you can buy them from pharmacies or online at www.ensure.com However, this is an american website so they may not post to other countires, you will have to contact them. Beware!!! Some of the flavours are ok, but some are particularly minging. Get a mixed selection and see which ones you actually like.
