Does anyone know what this quote from Julius Caesar means?

It is essentially saying that you should not be afraid in life. “Cowards die many times before their deaths” means that people that are afraid to step up and act in certain situations, and people that live their lives and are afraid of taking chances – they are the ones that lose out. They might be afraid of taking risks, and that means that they are not really living. It is like they are dying, even before they physically die. Brave people, on the other hand, really live. The only time it is like they are dying is when they physically do. The quote goes on to explain that it is strange that people are afraid of things, because eventually, we will all die. So why be afraid of doing something that might cause your death? Everyone dies in the end anyway.
