Does anyone know what The Kaiser Permanente 3 Day Diet is and does someone have a copy?
I also requested this but got no response from the person that originally posted she was on it. It is suppose to be a diet from Kaiser Permante Medical but this is the medical group I belong to and my doc said there was no such diet that he knew of. So whoever you are that posted that you were on it please post the actual diet for us. Thank you. I also find it hard to believe you could diet 3 days then eat normal for 4 without gaining back what you lost on the 3????
