Does anyone know what plantations are and what the conditions are like?
Oh, you mean the old slavery plantations. I thought you meant the sugar cane, pineapple, banana or even the cotton and tobacco plantations we have here on the mainland and Hawaii of the United States today. Bringing up the misery of people who were not considered as human beings is pretty gruesome. I understand that you have to learn it for school. But most people do not want to hear about stuff like that. The only slavery we have today is the America that I know of the the young college girl with Blonde hair traveling to South America and the Caribbean.
