Does anyone know what bullet diameter Black Hills uses in their 44 Colt ammunition?

I know the original loading had a bullet diameter of .443″ and was a heal type outside lubed bullet. However I have a friend that says he has shot some new 44 colt ammo in his .429″ barreled 44 magnum, and now wants to reload the cases with a .429″ bullets.
