Does anyone know what 1400 zulu time is?
1400 hrs is the military designation for 2 p.m. Military time uses a 24 hour clock. Once time progresses passed 1200 hours (12:59:59 a.m.) the military read it as 1300 hours. So, subtract 1200 from any time designation beginning with 1300 hours and you will find it’s non-military equivalent. 1400 hours Zulu is a reference to time in Greenwich England. So, 1400 Zulu is 2 o’clock in Greenwich, where the time zone begin. You either add of subtract time from that point to determine what time it is in your location. For instance, New York, USA is 5 hours behind Greenwich. Noon in Greenwich is 7 a.m. in NY. I hope this helps.
