Does anyone know the telephone company that services Albany, NY?
Verizon is the major local phone company. You can also get phone service through Time Warner Cable. There’s Vonage and AT&T as well. All of the phone lines are owned by Verizon so if you have a problem and have AT&T for service, you’re on the bottom of the list. I told my in-laws not to switch to AT&T, but they didn’t listen. They had a problem and only Verizon could fix the line problem. It took them over a month because it wasn’t for a Verizon customer.
