Does anyone know the recipe MUSHROOM CHEESE BALLS?
Mushroom Stuffing Balls INGREDIENTS (Nutrition) 8 ounces fresh mushrooms, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1/2 cup butter, melted 4 eggs, beaten 2 teaspoons dried parsley flakes 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 2 1/2 cups seasoned dry bread crumbs DIRECTIONS Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). In a large bowl, mix together the mushrooms, onion, butter, eggs, parsley, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese until creamy. Gradually mix in bread crumbs until the mixture is stiff enough to shape into balls. Form into 2 inch balls, and place on cookie sheets.
