Does anyone know the recipe and guidelines to the Cayenne Pepper/Lemon diet?
The lemon cayenne pepper diet was a diet created by Beyonce Knowles when she was on the set for “Dreamgirls”. She lost 20 lbs on cayenne peppers and water alone. She did the cayenne pepper diet with a lot of exercise. A dedicated actress/singer with high weight loss goals. This sets a bad standard for normal people who want to lose weight. She did not lose the weight with cayenne peppers and water alone. Beyonce would exercise 2-3 times a day. I am not saying it’s a bad diet but people are over hyping this diet thinking they can lose 20 lbs with cayenne pepper and water “alone”. The recipe is: 1/10 teaspoon (a tiny bit) cayenne pepper, slowly increase cayenne pepper as the diet continues 2 tablespoons natural maple syrup, B-Grade (go for the darkest maple syrup) 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lime or lemon juice (approximately half a lemon or lime) 300 – 500 ccm (10-14 oz) bottled water or filtered water As well as doing this also incorporate juice concentrates in this diet such as
