Does anyone know the poem “i know why the caged bird sings” by Maya Angelou??
When I was in high school I love English class. I learned many things, for example; Maya Angelou is a great writer, she is very passionate about her work. Read her book she always leave her readers with something more, but if you can’t get her messages then here is some help for you, but it always helps to read the book. The caged bird longs for things that he can’t have, stifling in his cage of misery. Shackled in his prison, it’s dreams taken away but not the power of it’s soul being expressed through it’s voice. Broken down, but living on hope to be free. Voice echoing, answered by silence. The free bird is just that free, over indulging in life’s pleasure. Callous in what life has to offer, free to dream. Untamable, living life with endless possibilities.
